AIRTEST DEVELOPS NEW ALLIANCES
[Vancouver British Columbia] Mr. George Graham the President of
ATI Airtest Technologies is pleased to provide the following update
on the Company's progress.
ATI Airtest has signed a Distributor Agreement with SenseAir AB
of Delsbo Sweden to act as the North American Distributor for their
complete line of Carbon Dioxide monitoring equipment. SenseAir is
a world leader in CO2 sensing technology and has recognized the
growing North American market for Demand Control Ventilation. The
SenseAir product line, complementing the AirTest manufactured products,
will give the Company the most complete line of gas detection equipment
for commercial buildings in North America.
Demand Control Ventilation is a relatively new concept and has
now become a part of the ASHRAE Standards regarding HVAC procedures.
The concept is to ventilate populated building areas based on actual
population rather than the traditional method of ventilating by
design based on the maximum population of each zone to be ventilated.
This Variable Air Ventilation feature will result in significant
cost savings for building owners, and a higher degree of safety
for building tenants.
The products will be sold in North America under the AirTest label.
ATI is also pleased to announce that the Siemens Corporation will
be installing the Airtest TR2000 Carbon Monoxide Sensor/Transmitter
in all Microsoft Corporation parking garages in Redmond Washington.
The replacement of current equipment with the TR2000 is an ongoing
process, which should see approximately 1000 sensors being installed
over the next two years. The contract is expected to provide a significant
contribution to Airtest revenues.
