REPORT ON ISA CONFERENCE (AN UPDATE)

Mr. George Graham the President of ATI Airtest Technologies Inc. is pleased to present the following update following Airtest's involvement in the Instrumentation, Systems and Automation {ISA) conference in New Orleans.

Interested parties attending a demonstration of the GasCam and Gasmet FTIR analyzers, included:

National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) ... The NFPA represents 20,000 fire departments throughout North America. Officials of the Association were interested in the GasCam technology to scan fires for specific gases.

The Army Corps of Engineers ... This is a follow up to the Corps earlier request to have a GasCam delivered to their New Orleans location for preliminary trials. The application is to scan the barges and other cargo vessels approaching the various locks on the Mississippi River, looking for toxic emissions from those vessels, which could be harmful to dock workers.

Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) ... The DEA expressed an interest in the GasCam for three purposes: a) To detect ether, a substance used in meta amphetamine labs. b) To detect kerosene vapors, resulting from cocaine operations. c) To detect CO2 emissions from marijuana grow operations. The DEA representative was impressed with the unit's portability and ability to detect gases from the natural spectra.

NASA ... The Chief of NASA's Instrument Branch has suggested further discussions with Airtest Sales Personnel concentrating on the following three areas: a) Gasmet FTIR analyzers to replace the mass spectrometers that are presently being used to measure gases at 5 different locations on each launch pad. The Gasmet product is smaller and less than half the cost of current units. b) GasCam analyzers to detect leaks in the Space Shuttle and surrounding equipment, prior to launch. They currently have detectors in place, but the technology involved with the GasCam would allow the scans to be more comprehensive. c) GasCam analyzers to scan the Shuttle after landing, to determine the presence of harmful gases prior to the "washdown" of the spacecraft.

The applications, which were uncovered at this conference, were substantial, and news announcements will be made on a timely basis as further developments occur. This press release contains forward-looking statements that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. Important factors that may cause actual results to differ from those statements include: market conditions, market demand for the products, present company finances and future requirements and various government and regulatory agency requirements. Additionally, forward looking statements contained in this release may also be affected by competitive products and pricing and the risks associated with product development, marketing, and management of growth and limits on the company's operating experience.
