ATI Airtest Technologies Inc. (CDNX Symbol AAT)
AirTest Update
Mr. George Graham the president of ATI Airtest Technologies Inc.
is pleased to report that further to the OptiGas Ltd. Share Purchase
Agreement which was signed March 16, 2000, the Homberg Group has
now extended the condition on financing to October 1, 2000, and
ATI Airtest Technologies Inc., has agreed to purchase a production
model GasCam from OptiGas at the distributor price of 32,000 pounds,
for field tests and customer demonstrations. A second unit is also
a possibility.
ATI Airtest also confirms that the proceeds of the public offering
were used to pay down ATI's line of credit in accordance with prudent
corporate stewardship. The banking credit facilities are unchanged
and remain in place to be utilized as required on an ongoing basis
for working capital purposes, to finance the operations of the company
in accordance with the Prospectus and the Company's business plan.
The Company also wishes to report the airborne version of the GasMet
FTIR tests were completed in Calgary, Alberta, last week. Mr. Jack
Adams, Airborne Program Manager, will be conducting customer trials
in Texas at the end of June.
Mr. George Graham and Mr. Colin Minty are currently in Houston,
Texas with Mr. Bill Bates, the Company's Houston-based analyzer
salesman. They are meeting to organize product demonstrations with
a number of leading US Environmental and Oil Supply Companies.
